Featuring Kelly Purkey Shop │ March Release

tap, tap, tap...is this thing on...? O M G, its been awhile! I cannot believe its already April, and that the first quarter of the year is already over. The month of March was super, super busy for us, my daughter was off school (she attends a year round school) so we were traveling pretty much the entire month. It was fantastic but we are all happy to be back in a routine and my daughter is happy to be back in school. Love that about her.

Last week was Kelly Purkey Shops release so I'm here today to share with you the projects that I made.

The first project was one that I made pretty much right after we got back from our first trip, which was another trip back to Disney World. Luckily for me Kelly released a Springtime Mini kit and the stamp set had perfect sentiments for the trip and the spread.

I used a mix of cards from the Number One Main kit along with the mini kit and I also used two of the new stamp sets; Enjoying and Watching on this spread. Because I plan to do a mini album for the trip this spread was just meant to capture the high points of the trip to be included in my yearly Pocket Page album.

I loved the stamp set in the Number One kit and loved the graphic elements that are meant to be stamped on top. It adds so much interest and movement to the stamps.

I loved the tiny heart accents on this card and the little stickers in the Tina's Currents Travelers Notebook kit.

My second project was documenting St. Patrick's Day. I blew up one of the cards in the Number One kit to create the rainbow band down the left side of the spread and I used the number stamps from the kit to stamp out the date using rainbow colors of ink. I used the new Ramona alpha stamp set to stamp out the title and it fit perfectly on top of the date.

I mixed in some of the smaller sentiments from the Enjoying Stamp Set to highlight the photos on the right hand side.

I love the Simple pleasures phrase and I love that it looks like it was typed on a Selectric typewriter.

The Tina's Currents Travelers Notebook kit this month was amazing and because of the high demand it sold out fast. Kelly is doing a pre-order for the kit so if you are interested I would act quickly to get on that list. The kit is perfect for documenting the things you are currently doing as you can see below. The stamp set is amazing!

Tina also a stamp sets that would pair perfectly with the kit, the first is called Tina's Days.

I hope you enjoyed the release!

See you soon,
